भूतकाळ, वर्तमानकाळ आणि भविष्यकाळ यांचा जो स्वामी आहे, तो हा. काळाच्या तिन्ही अवस्थांवर ज्याचे अधिपत्य आहे, तोच परमेश्वर. त्याच्यासाठी काहीही अज्ञात किंवा अप्राप्य नाही; सर्व काळ त्याच्यातच सामावलेला आहे.

Viṣṇu stands outside time even while pervading it.
