ज्याच्याशी मन, आत्मा आणि बुद्धी यांचे ऐक्य साधले जाते, तो योग. योगी ज्याला साधनेतून अनुभवतात, तेच त्याचे स्वरूप आहे. एकत्व, संतुलन आणि परमात्मप्राप्ती यांचे अंतिम रहस्य या नावात दडलेले आहे.

Meaning:
Om Yogaya Namah।
Simple Meaning:
From *yuj* (to join, to unite); "He Who Is Yoga Itself" — the very principle of union between the individual soul and the Supreme, the means and the goal being identical in Him.
Mythology / Philosophy / Spiritual:
**Significance<br> Yoga means union (‘yuj’ — to join). Viṣṇu as Yogaḥ is the very principle of divine union — the magnetic reality toward which all yogic paths lead and in which they culminate. The Gītā (10.7): ‘"Etāṃ vibhūtiṃ yogaṃ ca mama yo vetti tattvataḥ / so'vikampena yogena yujyate nātra saṃśayaḥ"‘ — One who knows the Lord's vibhūti and yoga becomes united with Him. Viṣṇu is Yoga because He is the ultimate union of the individual with the Absolute.
